Robin Rothenberg

Robin Rothenberg healed her own chronic low back pain with yoga. She went on to become a celebrated Viniyoga teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist, teaching locally, nationally and internationally. Currently, she is the director of the Pacific Institute of Yoga Therapy and The Yoga Barn and sits on the advisory board of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Robin has been teaching yoga teachers for the last ten years and most recently developed a training to teach yoga teachers how to adapt their classes appropriately for their students with low back pain. Her work in the field of yoga therapy has been written about in the New York Times, Seattle Times, Yoga Journal, Fit Yoga and Natural Health. Robin resides with her husband, two dogs and two cats in Fall City, Washington.

If you are one of the thirty-one million Americans who currently suffer from low back pain, take note: there is hope. The Essential Low Back Program offers clinically proven relief. Seventy-eight percent of the participants of a recent National Institute of Health study who followed The Essential Low Back Program experienced a significant reduction in their pain levels in just twelve weeks.

"Robin takes her sophisticated knowledge of anatomy and physiology, weaves it through a therapeutic yoga practice reflecting years of experience, and guides you with the clarity of her instructions and the warmth of her voice. The rest of your body, mind, and spirit may thank your low back for bringing you into this healing space."
