Living Yoga Radio brings you in-depth interviews with yoga luminaries, scholars and teachers who are on the cutting edge of yoga, yoga therapy and research. Each show will offer a “Sutra” or teaching of the week, based on the classical text from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. In addition, we’ll feature members of the yoga community who are offering Karma Yoga as service. We ask our listeners to nominate teachers, colleagues and students who have gone above and beyond to support those in need through yoga. We also want to hear your personal story of healing through yoga. If we read your story or choose your nominee to share on-air you will receive a free copy of The Essential Low Back Program: Relieve Pain & Restore Health.
Living Yoga Radio strives to bring you educational and inspiring programming that will deepen your practice, motivate you to learn and expose you to the multiple ways that yoga is transforming the world in which we live!
