Testimonials for the Low Back Training Intensive
I was impressed by the sheer volume of what I learned about the subject matter. The balance was just right between practice, explanation, question periods, heart focus and head focus. Robin, is a great teacher - a potent combination of extensive knowledge, years of experience, exceptional teaching skills, and a palpable love of yoga. I appreciated her clarity, pacing, patience, focus, compassion, and humor. - Laura
Thanks for a very comprehensive workshop in Viniyoga for chronic low back pain. The syllabus was well organized, so by the end of the intensive I felt we had been given a good foundation, on all levels, for developing our own practices for students with low back pain. The small group experiential learning
and case studies were the highlights of the intensive for me. I have been working on
accessing my inner core in my personal practice every day since the workshop. My low back and SI pain have subsided
considerably. - Ellie
I was impressed with the way each day was built upon the previous day. I felt comfortably
guided from one day to the next. The material was easy to process and I wasn't left overwhelmed. The class
environment was supportive and loving. The combination of yoga philosophy, chanting, dharma talks, yoga
therapy teachings in the viniyoga method, female companionship and your feminine energy as you presented
yoga has left me very filled in the heart space! - Beth
